Facilities
We have all necessary facilities for fabrication- shearing, pressing, machining, welding and assembly in our sheds.
Shearing
Our Sheet Lasers shear sheets upto 6mm thickness. Our Tube Lasers shear upto 250mm OD and 8200mm length and have movable tips making shearing of special profiles possible
Press Shop
Our Press Shop has over 10 presses including Hydraulic, Pneumatic Presses and a wide variety of tools. We also have a toolroom to make customized tools for our presses
Machine Shop
We have CNCs and VMCs to make machined components that are required in the assembly.
Welding & Assembly
Our TIG, MIG and Fiber Laser Welding machines satisfy our welding and assembly needs. We also have a variety of jigs and fixtures to reduce cycle time. We use articulated robots for regularized tasks.
Painting & Coating
We have Sand Blasting and Powder Coating Facilities to finish your needs
